ADOPTION PROCESS

When we receive an inquiry on one of our dogs/puppies via e-mail at pawsofdalehollow@gmail.com , we will respond with information about the dog/puppy you are interested in. We will share as much detail as possible with you. Attached to that response will be an application. If you decide to proceed you can fill out the application and email it back to us.

Once we have your application we will let you know that it has been received. The dog/puppy that you are interested in will be put on hold for you until we have processed your application. We ask for 24-72 hours to process your application. Length of time depends on how hard it is to reach your references. You will be notified either way of our determination.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED

Once you are approved you will be put in touch with a foster parent that has personal knowledge of your dog/puppy. They will answer any questions you may have pertaining to your specific dog/puppy. Someone else will be in charge of details surrounding the transport of your new family member. You will be kept informed along the way. You will need to choose from our list of pick up points along our weekly route and we will register your dog/puppy on our transport on a chosen date (always on Saturdays).

ADOPTION FEE

Our adoption fee on all of our dogs/puppies is $525.00 This cost includes transportation to a select area of your choice. Transfer credit is being given if the dog is picked up locally.
Additional Spay/Neuter credit is provided if an animal is adopted before it can be spayed/neutered
but only if documentation is provided that the animal has been altered after adoption, within the standard spay/neuter period.

We will not send unaccompanied dogs/puppies via Air Freight
